Microsoft Lifechat headset is a cheap but decent headset with in line mute/ volume control. I find it nice and light, and over ear makes it comfortable to wear for longer periods.
That's what I used to use before I got my Yeti. Fantastic little headset, great voice quality and the cans are pretty good too.
This is the model:

They are perfectly adequate for the job: my next set will only have the one ear-piece. I should also point out that they are not intended for listening to music.
I had a similar predicament a few months ago:
The hypnotherapy diploma which I was keen to start on moved to being delivered over Zoom for a while rather than IRL due to the virus. So I had to get a decent set up.
These are the headphones I got: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000JSDOMO/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
They are good for voice, a bit too quiet for music and the mic and speaker quality is ideal for Zoom hypno sessions. With both headphones over my ears I find it off-putting that I can't hear myself too well so I normally slide the right one to the back of my head. If I was buying another set, I'd go for one with just one earphone and a similar quality / price point.
For a camera, the one on my laptop is adequate - I normally use it to save me the hassle of putting either my video camera or my action camera on a tripod and have yet another cable. As a web cam, my Crosstour Action cam is every bit as good as my video camera.
Most of those I have spoken with about working on Zoom have followed a pattern of being a little reticent initially, tried it, and now find it a highly effective way to work which allows the therapist to transcend geographic boundaries: just this week, as a trainee, I have worked with people as far apart as Bangalore, Germany & New York. Tomorrow I'll be working with someone from my home city here in Scotland, UK, before 'going' back to India at the end of the week: change can be for the better as well as the worse!
