Thank you for your suggestion, aramdayal! I am not sure whether you would consider me as having a basic networking background or not. My degree did include a class built specifically around Mike Meyers' guide to N10-005 but since then, my only exposure to networking consisted of helping users connect/troubleshooting connection issues from the user end only. I could certainly do with a refresher but would you say the exam has changed a lot since then or would it be mostly a refresher of what I learned previously?
