That is what I have been doing after reading this subreddit and it has worked for my puppy exhibiting a similar problem. I’ve been feeding him two mini Milk-Bones before bed for the last week or so and so far he hasn’t had any more overnight vomiting while in the crate at night. In any case, I do plan to bring it up at my next vet appointment for my puppy, which is this Friday. I’d suggest doing the same for your puppy.
