https://www.gorewear.com/us/en-us/shop-men/accessories/headwear/ From Gore I'm using the c5 windstopper, windstopper balaclava, and gore tex cap as well as a gore helmet cover. For jackets, pants, gloves I'm using https://www.showerspass.com/ refuge jacket and pants. I have their waterproof gloves, crosspoint and crosspoint gloves, I also have their waterproof socks.
Balaclava I use but don't cover mouth: https://www.amazon.com/Minus33-Merino-Wool-Midweight-Balaclava/dp/B000R7F3MQ/ref=mp_s_a_1_2_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=merino+wool&qid=1599077162&s=apparel&sprefix=merino&sr=1-2-spons&psc=1&smid=A3L0OXM7HUNG5P&spLa=ZW5j...
I don't really change much whether it's raining or not due to strong winds. Most of these are fairly thin so I'll combine them. I don't like wearing full face balaclava as it fogs glasses which means I need to wear clear ski goggles.
You might want to try /r/BIFL or /r/GoodValue, but while I don't have any of these things, I hear wonderful things from outdoors loving friends about merino wool for warmth and durability (and also because apparently you can wear the merino for several wearings without washing)

I've been looking for merino wool long johns for myself and these seem to get good reviews.
