hands down the best mouse i've ever used. no acceleration optical sensor with good weight and rgb lighting if you want it. lots of customization, its great. about $51 for the sk version or $55 for regular. https://www.amazon.com/Mionix-AVIOR-Ergonomic-Ambidextrous-Gaming/dp/B00HGKOD9G/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1480050834&sr=1-1&keywords=avior+7000
I too am left handed (with right handed button assignment) and used to use the old MS Optical.
I had the Razer Lachesis and it eventually wore out after 2 years.
I am currently enjoying the MIONIX AVIOR 7000
[edit] oops I didnt see you wanted wireless
Why not something like this? It is the Mionix Avior 7000. Its got one of the best optical sensors on the market, its got rgb (if you're into that), and up to 7000 dpi. It also is super comfortable. If not I would suggest the SteelSeries.
This one lasted me about 5 years, and i didn't get rid of it because it broke, I got rid of it because I wore it down from constant usage.

Best mouse for the price, no questions asked. Software allows full remapping of the buttons and control of the RGB lighting, which can be turned off entirely.
Hi! One-handed player here. No stump, no nubs, no nothin'.
I use a Mionix Avior 7000 mouse which gives me 9 buttons in total for my hand. Additionally, I use a 3D Rudder footboard under the desk.
Both devices have software that can re-map the device buttons/functions to keyboard keys, so you can just change the control settings in the game and have access to everything. You can also set macros if you're feeling U N E T H I C A L.
Right now I'm using the mouse for skills and the footboard for flasks. No build really feels out of reach for me with this setup.
I'm lucky enough to be able to afford these devices, and I do understand that the costs might be out of reach for some people. With that in mind, I did play ED-Contagion MoM Trickster before I started using the footboard for potions. Advantages include:
Feel free to contact me if you want any other insights. I've been playing games with one hand for 25 years.
more options are always better, this is a couple years old but still a pretty good choice
Logitechs g303 looks similar, not sure what sensor they used in it
AVIOR 7000 also has sale price plus $5 coupon, but isn't quite as good a deal as the other 2: https://smile.amazon.com/Mionix-Ergonomic-Ambidextrous-Optical-Gaming/dp/B00HGKOD9G/

I have a friend that is left handed and play CS:GO and DOTA with me all the time. He is quite a bit older, but he just kind of got used to playing with his right hand on the mouse. If he really needs it. Then getting an ambidextrous mouse would work wonders like the Mionix Avior 7000. A well regarded mouse or the Razer Deathadder is another amazing mouse.
