I will hand mist occasionally if I see a spot that could use a bit more but most of the watering is handled by the mistking. For nutrients I use Miracle Grow Orchid spray.

I have a couple and they’re very forgiving with decent drainage and light. I do give mine a little orchid food mist every couple of weeks, but other than that I don’t do anything special with mine.

The idea is that since Hoyas are epiphytes, they can take up nutrients via stems, aerial roots, etc.
