How many seedlings? T5 and T8 setups are great, but if you don't have too many, there are cheaper options.
I started off with 2 of these for overwintering and I still use them. My overwinters quickly get their foliage back with these and most plants are blooming right now. Any 150 Watt E26/E27 Socket Clamp will work for them and there are tons of options. Amazon had 2 for $15 earlier when I looked at the bulbs.
Oh, grow lights, these are the bulbs I use in normal fixtures around my house when they're being used for plants:

I have 3 in pendant lights across a bar in my kitchen where all my herbs and right now an amaryllis and paper whites are growing, they're good at a wide range of distances.
I don’t have a window, they’re LED bulbs, do you think if I bought one of these, it would work?
Yeah a uvb light doesnt gove off the full spectrum of light that plants need to grow, this is the bulb i use for my bioactive crested gecko tank, the plants love it
Bought two of these last year and they've done the trick for me for seedlings.
Those leaves are pretty sparse on that strand. I personally think it's worth investing in grow lights. You can even get a grow bulb and put it in a cute hanging or standing lamp. These have worked well for me. They're bright, full spectrum, natural-light-esque. And they don't give off that purple hue that many grow lights give off. https://www.amazon.com/Miracle-Commercial-Hydroponic-Ultra-Grow/dp/B0748ZPKT7?pd_rd_w=MWR6q&pf_rd_p=a92e0124-cfa8-4f1e-82b5-a4a348d97008&pf_rd_r=BFJG5C2DDGZSJD77JEB4&pd_rd_r=52bffaf4-416b-48c9-acd5-977a0b815e95&pd_rd_wg=FWAZI&pd_rd_i=B0748ZPKT7&psc=1&ref_

The soil is mostly what it came in back in April. I did repot it about 2 weeks ago and the soil I used was some sort of cactus/citrus mix.
Ok, I'll run the grow light 14 hours a day. I got this one with a reflector.
I'm using this fertilizer and I'm putting in 2 stakes about every 6-8 weeks. I'm due to put 2 more stakes in, but should I do it before I bring it inside?
Once I move it inside, what are the chances that it'll grow more leaves? I'm concerned that since it doesn't have any leaves, it won't produce any food for itself over the winter and die completely. Basically, how do I encourage it to grow more leaves?
Alright Sounds Good. If I were to use a light would this work fine?https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0748ZPKT7/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_10?smid=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB&psc=1
