Well, fair enough.
I've only ever had a couple of issues (I tend to buy all my second hand games via amazon, did it through the PS3 era too) the service is pretty much the same (other than the postage - I also have Prime so I understand that reservation).
In regards to the complaints process it's all handled through amazon anyways, and they process refunds etc.
To answer the original - I would assume they are out of stock yes, it's (the same) UK (if you're not in the UK) I've just looked for you. No stock, so it recommends the 3rd party sellers

fulfilled by a third party, delivered with Prime tomorrow if I want it. Loads of the things I buy aren't directly sold by amazon, it's just processed through there as the marketplace.
I pre-ordered through Amazon. The only have the standard and MVP editions, if you care about that stuff.

I have 14 and ~~I will eventually get this one when it drops from $60.~~ The changes they made to the most infuriating parts of the game are getting me excited.
No more pitchers that look like they are shotputting the baseball and the speed of the throws from the fielders depending on the situation are annoyances that I am glad to see were fixed. The career mode storylines also interest me.
