They’re 5.95 for two on Amazon! Probably even cheaper for other brands too if you wanted to buy a bunch.

I really like these over field notes for a pocket notepad because they’re barely big enough to function (2.5”x4”) so they take up very little pocket space. For a pen I just carry a cheap pentel energel pen because I like how smooth it writes, but I’ve been thinking about upgrading to a tactile turn
Maybe try to lower the pressure of writing for you. Try carrying around a small notebook, like one of these and write while you wait in line or something like that. It will look to other people as if you're writing in a day planner or keeping a reminder, which is an extremely low pressure thing. It's possible the relaxed setting or scenario will take the pressure off of you to write.
You might not be entirely out of luck yet. Have you tried the Moleskine Volant XS?

I’ve bought a wallet that can fit small 2.5x4” notebooks. I use that as my on-the-go journal to capture anything that comes up.
I migrate bullets between my “master” and “go” journals if needed using a forward slash [ / ]. Simper than it sounds because i don’t need to migrate often. Useful for grocery trips or days away from my “master” journal. I can leave my main journal home nowadays.

Back in the Before Times, I'd have one of these mini moleskines handy where I'd jot down basic notes or ideas that I'd later transcribe to my actual journal.
