I used something like this on the bathroom door frame with no issues for both pullups, ring rows, and ring dips. The walls are made of drywall and weren’t damaged. I did get black rubber marks on top of the door frame. You have to check if the top of your door frame is distanced enough from the wall - 1cm+ and then stick some felt furniture floor protectors on all pull up bar areas that touch the door frame or walls to avoid rubber marks or scratches.
I wouldn’t recommend ring dips on this if you’re tall as the door frame made me lean my head forward to avoid bumping into it at the top of the movement. Everything else worked well.
for what it's worth (fellow torontonian here) I picked up some pvc pipes at home depot last week and made some 30 inch tall parallettes; great for dips and hanging rows! for pullups if you can't get a pullup station i think your best bet is one of those door frame pullup bars (no drilling required)
maybe like this:
if you're strong enough you can also hang your rings from this and do dips (and rows obviously)...
