This is what I have, it's perfectly fine. I like that it's not hardwired, I can take it with me on road trips and charge at my destination (depending on the destination of course).
That’s unfortunate - I got mine on amazon and it arrived quickly and works like a charm: Morec EV Charger Level 2 32 Amp Portable Electric Vehicle Charger, NEMA 14-50 220V-240V 26ft (7.9M) EV Charging Cable, SAE J1772 Compatible with Most Electric Cars https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DHFH8LW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_73Z6ZBHJ1H0MWAHD1BPB?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I don’t know where to physically get one though.
I am currently looking at the following one. There are no special rates for off peak demand where I live so I'm not concerned about getting one that is WiFi enabled for scheduled charging etc. I see one of the reviews is from someone else with a Kona so I imagine I am good to go with this thing.
My suggestion on home charger: you don’t need to buy the Tesla wall connector.
Tesla wall connector charges fast, 70km per hour. But it is very expensive to buy it and install it. Price is 700 CAD, installation is 1100, give or take
Instead, you can buy a third party NEMA 14-50 charger from Amazon. Like this:
https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07DHFH8LW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_UrazEbX17X9AD
It costs about $400 CAD after tax, and an NEMA 14-50 outlet for about $25, and the installation fee is about $500, from what one electrician told me. The charging speed is 50 km per hour.
Charging speed: 70km/h vs. 50km/h
Total cost (roughly): C$1800 vs. C$900
And one more benefit is, if you buy one more electric vehicle that is not Tesla, you can still use that third party charge to charge it. It is universal standard.
Chargers don't have to be expensive, all you need is a 220v plug (dryer plug) for level 2 charger. Buy this one from amazon: https://www.amazon.ca/Morec-Upgraded-Portable-220V-240V-Compatible/dp/B07DHFH8LW and you'll have a backup if you move or travelling etc.
I haven't heard of them or used them but I'm sure it will work just fine. I've been using a cheap one I got on Amazon.ca for 12 months now, works great. No issues at all. https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07DHFH8LW
That one you linked is slightly cheaper and may be fine, though you may be limited to 26 amps instead of the 32 amps that the Bolt can draw. If price is a major factor in your decision, and if UL certification isn’t important, that cheaper charger will likely work. This similarly inexpensive charger has more reviews and can do 32 amps.
These chargers built in China are all over Amazon and are duplicated by many companies. There is Duosida, BougeRV, Besenergy, Primecom, Morec, Zencar, etc. All their chargers resemble one another, are inexpensive, and seem to work fine. For example, this one looks the same as this one
For me, I chose to buy a charger from a reputable company with a solid warranty and with UL certification, as opposed to a charger from a clone Amazon seller that may disappear the next day. Given the importance of safety when working with high voltage equipment, paying an extra $100 was acceptable to me.
Honestly we’ve been pretty dang pleased with our Morec EVSE chargerMorec EVSE. It’s a level 2 with a 4-prong 220 plug from Amazon.

That is the charger I got and I’m extremely happy with it.
