I ordered this Lug(was $3.59 a month ago.) Haven't installed it yet as I've had no issues since putting a clamp on the existing fitting.
Most likely it's the loose cable connection issue. Some have been able to get it in to the dealer to be fixed, others have waited 2 months with no truck while the dealer tries to fix the issue.

You can try this to see if it is the cable connection. I have had zero issues since doing this.
