Interesting, sort of a back-to-back double male quick disconnect terminal on an inline crimp.
It's the inline crimp part that's the biggest obstacle to locating an exact replacement today, as they were always trickier to install without damaging the wire. Where an inline tap is needed, they've been replaced with IDC (insulation displacement, or 'vampire') taps since those are much easier to install and offer some strain relief to the wire.
Assuming these tabs are 0.25 inch width, you can get male splitter adapters in a few different styles, "piggyback", "chair", or "wye"(flat). Two of the chair style adapters would get you two pairs of tabs that most closely resemble the halves of this connector, and those adapters could be plugged into a couple of T taps for this wire gauge. But I don't think anyone makes these chair adapters with an insulated cover.
If you really, really don't want to change the layout and space is too tight to allow for spreading things out with two T taps and adapters, it looks like this crimp could probably be pried off without damage and cleaned up.
