What is Reddit's opinion of Mosaic of Thought: The Power of Comprehension Strategy Instruction, 2nd Edition?

Mosaic of thought comes to mind but like I said it is aimed for teachers on best practices to teach reading comprehension. I really don't know of any great sort of self help books on the topic.

There is this great thread on Quora about strategies and includes some more that I did not list. I don't know what your goals are but reading more often and following the strategies I outline and that are in this Quora thread should help. I would try that for a few months before buying any books on the matter unless you really are interested in the efficacy of strategies. If that is your goal you'll really need to be part of a university so you can access research journals.
