I put the Motofab 1.5” level Kit on my ‘16 FX4 while changing my rotors last winter and I couldn’t be happier. Inexpensive and fairly easy to install.

So I just went with the motofab 1.5” front spacers and 2.5” rear blocks on eBay. I also have rear airlift airbags. In that photo I have them at 150lbs. I also have over a bit over 600Lbs of cargo at ll times with the shell, tent, tools and camping gear.
Depending wether your truck is 4x4 or not the rear blocks will raise the rear different amounts. The 2.5” blocks were exactly 1.4” taller than my stock ones. So technically it wasn’t a perfect 1.5” in the rear. Next option would be motofab 3” rear blocks that would have given me 1.9” of rear lift. My 4x4 stock blocks were 1.125”.
