Heres it on amazon, its pretty decent. Though each monitor is 12 lbs each, doesn't shake too much, but if your setup is a lot heavier I would invest in a dual hydraulic arm mount. In hindsight, as i'm moving to a single 40" 5120x2160 monitor and always knew I was going bigger(got the second monitor for free with the first one), I would've invested in a high end hydraulic arm mount or one that uses a clamp.
I just sent this stand back, and I had a 27 on the bottom and an older 24 on top that is CCFL backlit and super heavy. I briefly had a 34 on the bottom as well.
I sent the stand back because vertical is not for me, but the thing itself was very well constructed and I have no doubt it would hold your two ultrawides.

I've also been looking around! Mostly on Amazon. Here's what I've been finding:
The AmazonBasics Premium Dual Monitor Stand seems to be a re-branded Ergotron, which would be amazing (and pricey at $190), but the arms don't have enough vertical movement to stack one on top of the other. I asked someone who did have this arm, and they were kind enough to try it out.
This means you'd need something that either has posts that the monitor are on that you could change vertically (usually tighteneng at setup), or have arms that start higher than The AmazonBasics/Ergotron, so that you have more play up and down on both of them.
There is the HUANUO Dual Monitor Mount which seems to satisfy this, and there's even a few customer images in the reviews that has a second monitor stacked above a 34" UW below. This one has arms that start higher (what we're wanting), and vertical movement on those arms, too. 4.5 stars with 434 reviews, seems solid. I don't necessarily two-tone color scheme, and I would rather have a larger, thicker base at the bottom where it meets the desk, but there aren't a whole lot of options that don't cost $300+ that also review well.
I was also looking at stands without movable arms, like this VIVO Dual LCD Stand but I'm not sure if the stand is wide enough to support two UW's above it. I have a friend that uses two 29" UW's on this mount and like it pretty well, but the 34" seems so much wider if you're going to have one of those, too, let alone one on top of the other.
In short: if you find one, let me know. I don't have enough lateral space for both monitor on my desk now, and wouldn't mind having two screens again, haha.
Going to take a guess and say this: https://smile.amazon.com/Mount-Standing-Adjustable-Computer-MI-758/dp/B005C2A3VW/
