shit man, now that you said you're from aus, your build is now twice as expensive as I had thought. I own an X34 as well and almost went with the S340 Elite, but went with the Phanteks P400S w/ tempered glass. I've got two 1080s instead but I'm honestly considering selling them for a single 1080ti as the game I mostly play, Rainbow 6 Siege, has crashing issues with SLI :/

The next thing I did was buy myself an articulating monitor mount since the legs make the monitor too close to me and my desk is pretty shallow at around 70cm. I bought this one here as I learned that anything cheaper wasn't a solid mount. Plus, I needed to make sure I got a reliable mount for my thousand dollar monitor haha.

I just use the low-profile generic one from amazon to hang the LG TV and the CRG9. The vertical one i use one of these from amazon.

As for clearance, I have my desk about 4" away from the wall currently, however If I moved the monitor arms forward more, I would be able to push the desk all the way against the wall.
