I have 2 of them
This one for stairs:

But I modified it, I cut the upright/handle part int half so it can fold and fit standing in my car and I extended the bottom plate so it can handle bigger stuff and also fold up, again so it can fit in my car.
If I was to buy one without making modifications to it then it would probably be either one of these:

The mount-it brand is also sold on walmart, home depot, office depot, staples, etc so shop around. There are other brands too, amazon basics has one that's pretty good but if you go with another brand just make sure they don't have tiny wheels, those are only good for stairs that don't have a gap/sapcing between them but most apartment complexes do have a gap.
The 2nd one is a platform cart:
You can find these at walmart, either under the olympia brand or the hyper tough brand. They're the exact same thing its just one has walmart branding. Just a tip the direction say to put the swiveling wheels on the back (towards the handle) but i've found it easier to put them in the front especially when dealing with heavy loads, putting them in the back makes them wiggle around a lot as you're trying to steer it.
