I've got this one, paid $100 for it but it's only $75 now: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B011CP2YZU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s03?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Clamps down and offers a ton of adjustment options. My monitors are older and pretty heavy for 24" monitors, and this thing doesn't have a problem with them. Definitely has my recommendation.
I'm building a desk out of a door. There's an alcove in my condo that I can set some 2x4s along the walls in and place a solid core door on top. My question is, What sort of cable management should i consider? How many holes for cable management should I consider making? I'll be using this monitor stand for 3 monitors. I plan on having my computer on the desk as well as my keyboard and mouse, a Saitek X-55 HOTAS, and a tray for tools.
Depends on what you want. I use this .. I don't have an ultrawide, but I have had 3 older LCDs that were very heavy, all mounted on this without issue. Your monitor is 11.1 lbs without the stand, this can hold 13lbs on each arm. You don't need to use the side arms, they are separate from the center screen.
If you don't ever plan to run a 3 monitor set up though, you can get an arm like this, which holds 20 lbs and will give you move freedom to move it around.
Edit: Actually don't get the first one, you won't be able to run side monitors using an ultrawide in the center anyway.
There's other options, but these two appear to have some sort of independent adjustment:
This is the one I have: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B011CP2YZU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s04?ie=UTF8&psc=1
24" max, not sure how big your monitors are. This thing works great though.
