The motherboard seems to have some issues looking at the reviews on amazon. You can find a cheaper motherboard with better reviews imo. Budget-$50-$100 USD Source-This motherboard apparently it has better than usual sound. Isolation-I don't need any Will you be using these headphones in public?-No Preferred type of headphone-over ear please Preferred tonal balance- I'm not sure, I'll be using these for gaming and listening to music. Past headphones-I've used the logitech g430, and razer kraken, and I preferred the feel of the g430, but from what I remember the sound was pretty tinny. I listen to wife variety of music, so I'm focused on getting the best headphones for it. I listen to stuff like alternative rock, electronica, occasionally metal and dubstep. What would you like to improve on from your set-up?- Some actually decent headphones I guess. I don't need audiophile level stuff, but I'm pretty sure the headphones I've used have been pretty shit, and I'm looking to step it up.
