Not a doctor but my wrist problems went away once I started using a mouse that fit my hand and grip. rocketjumpninja.com does offer some advice on that topic.
Apart from that, doing regular exercises, having proper ergonomics and taking breaks can also help to prevent wrist problems. And for acute pain, wrist braces like these together with not using the PC at all did the job for me.
It's probably best to visit a doctor first though. You might even get those braces paid for by your health insurance.
