I sent this to a coworker the other day. None of the braces or anything helped but the taping of the wrists changed EVERYTHING:
Carpal tunnel is mainly from repetitive motion and overuse but it can also be a pinched nerve in your neck from look at phones or computers. You can check with your chiropractor if you think it’s that but here’s what I do!
I do this one first and it’s mostly for sleeping but I’m constantly doing stuff so I’ll wear it most of the day sometimes, otherwise, I try to only use it every other day:

I do this one after the electric tape and use some of the prewrap on the webbing between my thumb and pointer. I’ll sometimes cut a tiny slit in the tape there because it hurts.

If you decide to try cupping, this is the set I have. Just a few pumps and hold it there for a minute. This is to be done every other day.
Like I said, you can use a stress ball and the finger pushing exercise hold finger(s) down and push up. You’re overusing the underside of your forearm so you need to exercise the top. You can also use a large rubber band to open and close your fingers like a flower or you can use these.
