I currently use this one for everything and it was a game changer in my life. I went up to 400 lbs (181kg) and I couldn't walk without pain. Stairs were the worst but feel free to try other's. I just got lucky since it was the only one that fit me at the time 🤣🤣🤣.
And about the intermittent fasting I did a little experiment. I had 1-2 meals in the span of 4 hours and I threw some L-carnitine in it, fish oil for essential oils, some psyllium fiber powder and occasionally I'll have a multivitamin. My meals were simple:
Meal 1 (Main meal 50 - 70% meat 30- 50% Veggies) - Any kind of meat as long as you avoid too bad fat. - Veggies high in Protien and low in carbs. - Psyllium fiber powder because too much protein can cause constapation. I got 0 sugar one
Meal 2 2 or 3 Boiled egg or protien shake ( about 24-48gr protien)
ABSOLUTELY 0 SUGAR OR SIMPLE CARBS I dont recommend that you follow me because I know how to listen to my body and its what works for me but I went down 55 lbs (25kg) in a little over 3 months and that was without any exercise. My life has been too hectic to jump rope.
Why all that protien? Because it keeps me full and it's better for hormone manipulation and all that jazz. By the way I only ate veggies for essential nutrients. Things like avocado, some beans and mushrooms. Ok thats not veggies but you get the idea. It's not a glamorous diet but its been getting the job done and I couldn't have felt better. But please do your own proper research. Dont follow me. This is just a trickle of the vast amounts of knowledge that I have amassed over the years. There is so much missing.
