I take 2 teaspoons of Hab Shifa Brand Black Seed Oil. Along with one capsule of Triquetra’s TQ-Advanced Black Seed Extract.
I also powder fresh organic Black Seeds and mix it in a teaspoon of Honey made from the nectar of Black Seed Flowers
