As per the charging cables I use this USB hub separately so I don't use any USB ports on my PC.

And for the actual USB I've never ran into a single issue with this one and Ived used it for over a year now. I also plug other stuff into as well and the trackers are just fine. What will really help with connection issues is spacing the actual tracker dongles. I have about a foot and half between each tracker and never touched them since I got them. Also no super reflective surfaces like mirrors and big TV screens help as well.
