Late to the party but I'll throw in mine:
Muscle Feast Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate
4 ingredients20.5g protein per 24g scoop0.1g sugar per scoop0.2g fat per scoop
I just mix it with water, it always mixes smoothly, no clumping. I've been using this for the past 3+ years. It's a good family run business too that I feel good supporting
What you want is a whey isolate. Its got less calories, carbs, and fat but more protein than whey concentrate.
And less lactose. I use a grass fed whey isolate, muscle feast. Which is highly ranked in terms of purity and quality on labdoors website.

Here are my three go-to's. I try to look for minimal ingredients, low sodium, low sugar:
Try isolate, it's easier to digest
There's a hydrolyzed version, might be even easier? Don't know haven't tried it.
This one is also easy to digest: https://www.amazon.com/Protein-Isolate-BulkSupplements-kilograms-Unflavored/dp/B00E7IODXQ/ref=sr_1_5?crid=201DGI32N2OAI&dchild=1&keywords=bulk+supplements+whey+protein+isolate&qid=1622565315&sprefix=bulk+suppl%2Caps%2C157&sr=8-5
