Not sure if this link will work, but I got this back in March and have been happy with it. It's actually cheaper now than when I bought it.
This one. I did have to use a hole saw bit in the back of the unit because the Cisco switch electrical cable did not fit when you tried to push it all the way in order to get the screws in the rack.
NavePoint 12U Wall Mount Consumer Series Server Cabinet Network Enclosure Locks, Fan
Lockable server cabinet. They can be mounted high on a wall, here's a random one on amazon:
I was recently in a similar position and explored the Lack rack idea but in the end abandoned it because I found this NavPoint rackNavPoint 12U Rack on Amazon which I am very happy w/. it’s wall mounted, includes a fan, and has plenty of room for my UDM PRO-SE, US-Aggregation, Enterprise 24-POE, patch panel, power source, a shelf, and even a UPS and my Synology DS918+.
Oh sweet that was fast. I had no idea that subreddit even existed.
To anyone with a similar question. Check this out: NavePoint 12U Wall Mount Consumer Series Server Cabinet Network Enclosure Locks, Fan https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072BXSTY8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_TVQ5D72F10A80CZAFZKG?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
If you want to go the wall mount route, I'd recommend you just secure it directly to studs if you're including a UPS.
The 8U actually appears to be shallower than the 6U... surprising.
I've also seen other people post setups on this sub using some racks that look similar to this NavePoint. I don't have any experience with it, but it looks like a nicer, albeit more expensive, option.
I'm gonna roll the dice on this one as it will fit next to my desk perfectly

While not super cheap, I got a small server rack and put it in the basement utility room.
I've had really good luck with my Navepoint 12u rack and it is a pretty good price. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072BXSTY8/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_FDY42AKY7FW1KH3GPTVG
The server rack is this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072BXSTY8/
I got 2 of the shelves to put things on.

If I had to guess, it's this brand: https://smile.amazon.com/NavePoint-Consumer-Cabinet-Network-Enclosure/dp/B072BXSTY8/ref=sr_1_20_sspa
My setup isn't really apartment friendly but I bought a 12U rack and put 2 shelves in it. Put some LED lights in that are held up using magnets. Put a Wyze door sensor on the cabinet door that turns the lights on/off when I open and close it.

Top is my router and cable modem. Bottom is my old Pi4b, new Intel NUC, 3TB USB drive and the Synology NAS. An 8 port manage switch is mounted above on the wooden floor beam. I've sense added a 4 port PoE switch for some cameras.
That's just one example, there's lots of options for <$300.
