Amazon - It isn't the cheapest, and the reviews seem iffy, but mine arrived without issue. Note that the weight "limit" is 130lbs, I'm confident it can go much higher, but not so sure I'd want a whole lot more weight on 4 casters.
The 3 shelves that came with it are also very nice and sturdy, worth the extra $30 for sure.
