There's not really much of a consumer faced market for it. Most people get by with ISP routers or mesh systems. AV companies or electricians are usually your best bet, but your mileage will vary.
I might get them to do the wiring only and have you set up say a Unifi system, especially if you want to maintain it yourself.
I do like the open frame racks, but I'm not sure how much other AV stuff is added. Remember to add a path for the ISP to the rack location too.
check out Navepoint.

That's what I use for my UDM-Pro and USW-Pro-24-PoE It's an open frame so airflow isn't an issue. If heat really becomes a problem you can always blow a fan across the whole thing.
I'd take the door off and put in on of these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01A6JQH88/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_lgEUzb1KEXPCM
Maybe one a little shallower if you can find it. You can get a keystone or patch panel for your Ethernet wiring and get a rack mount shelf on there for any modems or loose items.
That is correct. Here is the rack https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01A6JQH88 and here is the shelf https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01C9KYUG8.
Thanks! I'm using this [NavePoint 6U Wall Mount](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01A6JQH88) one. There might be better ones out there for the money but I had a very specific dimension requirement as you can see from the shelf it's sitting on, and this was the closest I could find to filling that space.
I don't know what small means to you, but I am in the process of putting together a small homelab in the corner of a closet where the network access panel was installed.
Here is my part list:
I'll have pictures in the next few days, but the space it's going in is pretty tight.
I use this for the older usg pro 4 and switches

Correct... That is what I have and a U6-LR AP, not pictured.
My rack is a pre-tapped 6U wall-mount rack by NavePoint
It only comes with enough rack screws to mount 3 1U devices so I recommend purchasing extra if you don't already have them... I went with these #12-24 Steel Pan Head Machine Screws
And the shelf is also by NavePoint

IT guy here
with that much cat6 you should think about getting a real rack and patch panel
and if you have/ get a real network switch it can go in there too
