I got it off amazon, it is a NavePoint 9U Wall Mount Network Server 19 Inch IT Cabinet Rack Enclosure Glass Door Lock https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01FKOW4LS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_In8iDbPV3QNMT
Had to get 90 degree ether net and power cables for the back of the Cisco Ironport to make it fit.
It's a NavePoint 9U Wall Mount Network Server. The R220's will clear the front glass without the bezels installed but it was very tight at the back of the rack. I moved everything back a U and left the back of the rack off, which seems to be working out well.
The fans on top of the rack are loud but they move a ton of air.
I ended up with a NavePoint 9U wallmount. It's not deep or big enough for many servers, but I play to primarily put my networking gear & patch panels in there. Maybe a UPS.

Rack looks like a nave point for those asking.

Is there a rack to mount any equipment?
If not, you will want to get a wall mounted rack that is lockable, so no one will have access to it. Something like:

Since this is a business, you might go with the UDM Pro instead.
How big is the office, in sq. ft.? You will need a couple of access points to get really good coverage depending on the size!
Are the 3D printers going to be wired, or wireless?
Are you actually going to install servers? If not, an equipment rack will be just fine!
A server rack is deeper than an equipment rack!
Depending on how much stuff you are going to put in there, you may get a wall mounted enclosed, lockable rack:

I would go with a cabinet.
I ended up going with this and mounted it to the wall in the closet of my home office:
Item | Current | Lowest | Reviews |
---|---|---|---|
NavePoint 9U Wall Mount Network Server 19 Inch IT… | $197.49 | $197.49 | 4.6/5.0 |

I take it this is in a business?
If so, I would have put everything in a lockable rack mount, so people will not be able to just walk up and access it!

So, are you actually going to mount a server in it or just equipment? When you say Synology server, what model?
The first think you will need to do is determine your budget.
You will then need to figure out how many rack units you need to mount equipment in it. For example, the UDM Pro is 1U.
For me personally, I am using this for my equipment rack, which I have mounted on a wall in my closet, with the UDM Pro in it:

I also have this, which I have a Dell R710 and Dell R310 server in:

You may also want to check locally on Craigslist to see if any companies have any used server racks as well, but they would be BIG, almost double the height of the second link. If you go that route, you may find a good deal, but would want to confirm the power requirements!
You will not be able to fit an actual SERVER rack, as those go much deeper, and it doesn't look like that closet is that deep.
You can do something like this to mount it in:

You don't have to get the enclosed one like that one, but it does have fans in the top to help with ventilation.
