For each 16oz swingtop- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs . You need a good amount, it’s hard to make something too chocolatey, these are a bit subtle. I kind of eyeballed the cherries. Cut up 2 big handfuls, then poured some hot freshly made simple syrup on them. Gave them a stir and then added to the bottle immediately. :)

They're very bitter. Maybe try cacao nibs, they're relatively easy to find on Amazon, at Trader Joe's, etc...
