I have heard of piercers using two different pieces of jewelry for an industrial, but it does look like unfortunately those holes will never line up. Cool piercings none the less! Ibuprofen/Tylenol (I alternate) is good advice! There are a lot of people who use h2ocean and never have problems, but i always use neilmed piercing spray ([link]) and touch it as absolutely little as I can. On top of that, if you have to touch it, only ever touch it with clean hands! I think that bleeding can be normal, but if you are freaked, see any signs of infection, or just need reassuring, contacting your piercer (or any piercer) can never hurt! Good luck!
You got it, just stay patient!
My recommendations: titanium jewelry, saline mist once or twice a day, LITHA, and sleep on a travel pillow. Good luck!

It’s actually a low frontal helix piercing. But nope it wasn’t infected just super irritated (No puss or hot to touch symptoms). I was trying too much at the time to fix it and had to just relax and be more patient.
My recommendations: titanium jewelry, saline mist once or twice a day, LITHA, and sleep on a travel pillow. Good luck!

I use saline mist and just spray it. Qtips can have fibers that can irritate the piercing. If absolutely needed to help remove a crust build up that hasn’t fallen off in the shower. I definitely suggest softening them in a warm shower then use gauze or a clean paper towel in a pinch to gently remove the build up on the jewelry. Try not to pick and on the piercing site itself.

I recommend using Neilmed saline wound wash! Link for the one I’ve been using. Don’t use salt water sprays like H20 bc it has additives that aren’t good for piercings. Also adding that mixing your own salt water solution is a no no bc it’s not sterile. Clean 2x a day with Neilmed & don’t twist your jewelry when cleaning it. :)

H2Ocean isn’t great, it has a lot of preservatives in that can irritate your piercing. Try switching to another brand: the ONLY contents should be sterile water and salt. I’ve had good success with this brand.
Neilmed is the brand of saline recommended by most piercers. It‘s unlikely that an infection would occur from a single splash, but you did everything right cleaning your piercing after you got home.
Nope, homemade salt soaks are not truly sterile. It is INCREDIBLY easy to contaminate your sea salt soak because your cup, hands, mixing utensils, the salt, etc. will not be sterile, and even boiling the water does not completely resolve this problem. Try something like this this from Amazon; there are also less expensive options. I know some people haven't had issues with sea salt soaks, but it's not worth it to me - I'd rather go with what I know is surely sterile.
Do you know what material your current stud is? I'd recommend switching out to internally threaded titanium if that not what you have. After that stop changing your jewelry until it's healed. You can find versions of the NeilMed wound wash at some drug stores, but the best one in my opinion has a spray nozzle which I've only found at high quality piercing shops and online. Here's an Amazon link for it: [link]
You should probably do some salt water soaks to clear it up! After you’re clear, I use this to clean my piercings. You should check it out, just a salt water spray that I’ve had really good experience with!
If you are having difficulty cleaning with saline, I'm guessing you are mixing the solution yourself. Try getting a sterile saline spray from your piercer or online. I keep mine next to my toothbrush and it is super quick to use each day and not really think about it. Just make sure you are getting one that is for piercings or wounds, don't use contact lens wash!

The place I went said you could either use warm salt water or a spray that has the right ph. The guy also told me not to mess with your piercings and all that jazz

Try this mate Piercing Mist
The APP piercing aftercare sheet should help you out. Neilmed is a great saline solution to use to clean them. Lobes take 3-4 months to heal; keep cleaning them during that time.
Yes, that’s a lot, especially on one ear. I agree that keeping just 3 for now would facilitate healing. This aftercare guide from the Association of Professional Piercers may help you. Neilmed is a good brand of saline spray for her to use.
This one?
This is a product I’d use in the US. I didn’t see it on your Amazon but it claims to be available there so idk. But there should be a similar product. And as a HCP you might have easy sources for it.
Like I said, only do salt spray/salt soaks. If the soap gets in that hole it's bad news.
