I am so sorry you are going through this. It is a horrible, horrible condition and we all here know exactly how you feel. At this time, my bad breakout is on both of my hands/fingers and only one small spot on my right foot - usually it's the other way around. I know that it's not what doctor's suggest, but when mine is at the point that I'm in such high amounts of pain, I do two things. One: soak the hands/feet in a bucket of water for 20 mins before applying any currently prescribed medication (none are really working completely), slathering with lotion/vaseline, and putting on cotton gloves/socks. The more I keep lotion on the area the better it feels (stings like s*@t the first half a minute) overall... When I need a small break for my mental health, I will use the neosporin CREAM with pain relief: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B001VG1WOA?tag=amz-mkt-fox-us-20&ascsubtag=1ba00-01000-a0042-mac00-dsk00-smile-us000-pcomp-feature-scomp-wm-5&ref=aa_scomp This will work for a short time; the longer you can go without doing anything except sitting quietly, the longer the relief will last. It sucks that we have to suffer through this crap with little help from most doctors....I had one dermo tell me to smoke pot for the pain (I work in the medical field around special needs kids)...the jerk... I hope you find something in the responses you get to this post that will help. We are all here if you need someone to vent/rage with.
