I use a food dehydrator, like this one. It provides an even flow of warm, dry air. Mine goes up to 160 degrees but I only ever take it up to 105 at the maximum - and 95 (the minimum temperature) is usually fine.
The dehydrator comes with several mesh "shelves". I cut out the mesh on the shelves, so my dehydrator is just a big open space. It's big enough to have an entire 1/48 jet in there.
I'll stick parts in for a few minutes during a work session. An overnight stay in the dehydrator will dry and cure any paint I've ever used. I use Future as my gloss varnish and the dehydrator has never ruined the finish. The only thing I don't use it for is decal solvents - I let those dry on their own.
