$200 is going to be hard, good chairs is usually $300 and over.
Not my idea of a good chair but BestOffice gets good reviews. I've tried similar chairs and the big problem besides not being very adjustable is it will sweat you pretty bad (doesn't transfer heat) unlike the better chairs.
Keep in mind I'm a chair snob tho, it's probably a lot better than I make it sound.
