Bars may serve alcohol to go only. Restaurants capacity is 75% indoors and 100% outdoors. Also, restaurants may continue to serve alcoholic drinks to diners. On October 16, bars will be able to open for outdoor seating. On October 31, bars will be open for limited indoor seating. Also, all bars and restaurants may only serve alcohol from 8 AM to 11 PM.
If you plan on going to a bar, call ahead for a reservation. If they don't take reservations, show up really early because of the limited seating due to COVID restrictions.
Your best bet is to NOT go to NOLA but in your home town, rent a hotel room, book a DJ, hire a bartender, strippers and buy a couple of kegs of beer.
If you still want to go to NOLA, I suggest that you walk North on Bourbon St from Iberville. If you see a bar that you like on Bourbon St, walk on in. If you don't see any good bars, at the end of Bourbon St is one of my favorite bars, Jean Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop. They HAD live piano at night but not currently due to COVID restrictions. They do have a jukebox playing music and they have chairs set up just outside the bar you guys could sit on.
If you can't find a stripper in NOLA due to the bars being closed, you can pay a "fine" to the massage parlor and get the girl to leave with you. The following massage parlors are closed; VIP Spa, Hong Kong Spa.
The following massage parlor is open; Hollywood Spa.
If you need some, ahem, herbal fun, look for Weed Jesus on Bourbon street. He wears a suit with an herb leaves print pattern.
Bars closed; Bourbon Pub & Parade, Phoenix Bar, Old Absinthe House, Pirate's Alley Cafe, Hustler Club, Barely Legal, Bustout Burlesque, Dirty Dime Peepshow, Hunk Oasis. Spotted Cat, Preservation Hall, Kermit's, DBA, Snug Harbor, Davenport, Jimani.
