Yeah there are a bunch of options on amazon, just as a warning you likely have to remove your screen to install behind it. Just search for something like laptop internal antenna.

Alternatively you could use an usb external wifi card if it seems like too much.

You would need one of the ones with a little pcie card for this to work

Looks like it had internal antennas. You could get a new adapter, but replacements are cheaper, just plug them into the little WiFi card and stick them somewhere in the case. Take a look at this image, note the individual black and white wires running to the front of the case; Those are connected to the built-in antennas.
