Yea, I dug up the amazon order.
Since I have the low profile turn signals (the ones in that picture sucked and have since been replaced). I wired the LEDs to the turn signal circuit so that when I turn the turn signal on, the LED on the same side turns off until I turn the turn signal back off. It seems to help other drivers notice me because there is an obvious change in brightness when I use the turn signal and it makes the front turn signal more noticeable.
I also added a switch on the handlebar to just kill power to them in case I want them off for some reason.
I’m going to try these on my Jeep. Assuming this would work on a snowblower.

The transistor is labeled AHDA2 and the control chip is unlabeled. I realize the schematic is a bit of mess. I tried to keep the components in a similar organization to the board.
A quick Google search didn't return any good information on what the transistor is. The board came out of a cheap Chinese LED lamp, so perhaps they use a cheap regulator circuit w/ BJT(?)

Any chance you could hit me up with a link from your order history? That sounds like my kind of price.
Edit: probably these.

Can you find out the type of bulb it is.You are going to have to do some researching. Why not post a picture of the bulb or does it have markings? There should be a model number on the bulb. Once you have a model number check ebay and select USA only. You might have some luck. I am curious myself. I couldn't find anything after searching.
For the type being why not wire up a cheap handle bar clamp dual sport light or something like that. This one is prime so you can get it in a few days and get back on the road. Even a cheap replacement headlight would work. https://www.amazon.com/Nilight-Driving-Mounting-Bracket-Warranty/dp/B00G620ZVU/ref=sr_1_7?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1466042201&sr=1-7&keywords=led+mount
I got these ones on Amazon and they seem fine.
There are a bunch of 1 star reviews from people who said water got in them, and I noticed right off the bat that the screws on the front face of the lights are too long and pushing back on the plastic light cover, which meant there was a huge gap for water to get in.
I put a thick band of silicone around all the edges to seal it off, and another blob where the wire comes out the bottom, and I expect that to keep the water out as it now seems well sealed. It's supposed to rain where I am quite a bit this weekend, so I'm going to drive around and see what happens.
I recently bought Nilight aftermarket LED pods and installed them today. They seem to work really well and are very bright! Here's a link to them on amazon: Here you go.
Apparently these may have a water seal issue according to other users, but is easily fixed with some silicone sealant.
You must buy a wiring harness separate though.
I plan on using these as extra driving lights, so I aimed them towards the road.
I have pictures and can answer any questions you may have.
Edit: I went for a long drive down unlit roads last night and they are REALLY bright. I could see at least 500-700 meters down each road and see all the trees in detail. I definitely recommend these lights.
Very patriotic, this legendary 1941 Jeep of the Fiat variety with his $20 knock-off Chinese fog lights bolted to the hood. A true American.
I run 2 Nilight LED pod lights with an 18v ryobi battery on my U-EX. I use the mounts below on the upper shock tubes

It's folded up, because that doggo there freaks the hell out every time I move it around.
Lights (get spots, I got floods first, they didn't throw a good pattern) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00G620ZVU
Light mounts (there's vertical and horizontal ones, and different tube sizes) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07D9HFFQ6
Battery pack (lights are 18W each, so running both, this should run for about 2hrs, more than enough) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ME3ZH7C
And some of these for hooking up the lights, and making a 2 in 1 adapter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01ER6QWAY
So, about $75, I paid less, look for those used - good/very good deals, they seem to just be open box, it's great.
It may take some jerry-rigging to get them mounted properly
It's one of these guys
Not sure how to post a pic for you (currently at work and on mobile) but the lights are these: https://www.amazon.com/Nilight-Driving-Mounting-Bracket-Warranty/dp/B00G620ZVU
What if it is not? It could be a spotlight and look almost the same.
