I use this:
It works a charm. I add 48 oz water 1.5 cups hwc, and three scoops of KC. turn on low for 30 seconds. no more power or time or you end up churning the hwc into butter.
Makes 3x 21oz shakes. There might be room in there for a 4th shake, but I only have 3 containers to pour into, so I haven't tried.
there's usually a tiny amount of paste on the side when I'm done. so I just scrape it off back into the drink with a knife and reblend for 3-5 seconds. I get a nice smooth wonderful shake out of it.
If you're an Amazon Prime member, there's a Ninja Professional on sale for 50 bucks.

We had my mom's old blender, which smelled like it was about to combust when we used it and didn't really chop ice. We ended up getting a mid-range Ninja on Amazon (This one) and I love it! It doesn't struggle with anything and it's very easy to clean and use.
If you plan on mixing other ingredients into it, I actually also have that same Ninja blender and thats good for getting everything down to a good drinkable state. But I usually just enjoy my soylent neutral so I dont really bother with anything like that.
Owned a blendtec for awhile, really regret paying that much for it. Ended up just getting a Ninja blender for $80 that also came with two protein bottle attachments for ~$80. Works fine.
Ninja makes a sub $100 2 liter blender at 1000 watts, which I will be picking up soon. I expect it will do the trick nicely and should be able to mix 1 day's worth of Soylent with no trouble. [link]
Might need a better blender. Good ones can be a little expensive $100-200 but blend way better than the average $20 blender. I got this Ninja blender on sale for $90 and it does really well. The only thing it doesn't blend well are cut oats, but I don't really see how any blender can work with small flakey bits like that.
combine with this and you'll be able to fit more
this is the one we have. Not sure if it’s big enough for your needs, but it works for us! [link]
This is the blender I am using.
This one is a little cheaper
