I LOVE vortex and i use the Poker 3 but I really dislike the layout of the Race 3 its not what im looking for I want like the layout of the noppoo mini [link] or the plum nano with no spacing between the keys </3 I cant find either of those keyboards though for purchase and I can not find the layout of that keyboard anywhere
Oh, I see. Thanks, but one more thing. Do you have any recommendations as far as keyboards go? I was thinking of getting this one. But, since it's my first "real" keyboard, I figured there may be brands I'm unaware existed.
I really like my Noppoo Lolita Spyder. I've read some iffy things about their tactile and clicky kailh switches, but the Kailh Blacks in mine have been really solid.
Also found the Noppoo Choc Mini with Cherry reds for $99.
If you're thinking about getting something and want to be able to swap keycap sets, definitely look for something with a standard bottom row. The Quick Fire Rapid is all standard, available in multiple switch types, and easy to pull the top case off to plastidip to match your keyset, if you're into that sort of thing.
Alright your discount has totally sold me on it xD, anyways what are your thoughts on
Also, do you have any tutorials on possibly building a pc of the same time like on youtube. Lastly, how does the dreamspark windows os download work?
Thanks a lot again!
Noppoo Choc Mini
This seems to be only other option without building on your self
This one I think is pricier too but the Tex Beetle seems to be the same layout roughly
Fkeys hotkeys for my bases
2:nexus (im weird)
3:active army (blink stalkers oracles warp prism and the like)
4:Ht/mamacore (once I have HTs mamacore either defends the base or is set to follow my army)
I moved all army hotkey to - and idle workers to `. Both are nice to have but are rarely used so tucked them away somewhere. All army hotkey is very useful for picking out specific units like mamacore that was rallied to a mineral line or an obs but you will lose games for using it to actually move your army around. RIP obs and harass.
[link] that's my keyboard except with blue switches. Really like it since the F key positions are wonderful.
And all my other hotkey switchs are just for convience with reach like shift Fkey to assign cam hotkey and immortal and mamacore hotkey changes etc. I also use rapid fire on my Z key
still sells this model with Cherry MX switches but just in Red and Black now for some reason. But you can see in the pictures that they make them in browns too.
My previous keyboard was this one and I had dampeners on the switches. This Logitech is most like the red Cherry switches with dampeners. I swapped for a few reasons - primarily because I wanted a dedicated numpad.
The volume roller is one of my favorite features, really. It is easily accessible and there is a big mute button next to it. They are both very easy to find without looking. Also, there is a button on the top edge that disables the Windows key. Love that for gaming for reasons obvious to gamers that hate the Windows key. :)
The Arx Dock is a joke and the Logitech software for smartphones is as well, in my opinion. (neither factored into my purchasing decision and are not "cons" for me)
I do not think this keyboard is worth the $189 I paid for it but over half of that money was from a knife sale so I don't have much buyer's remorse.
Overall I bought it for the tactile feel of the keys (as compared to dampened Cherry Reds) and for the fact that it is a full-sized keyboard. I don't mess with the color LEDs much. If I were shopping for a new keyboard I might go back to Razer, I normally use their stuff as I've had nothing but good experiences dying in games while using their products. ;)
I hope this is helpful.
thanks for the replies. i haven't seen any legit review that says kail switches are worse, except for the fact that they don't have gold plated something inside. probably don't last along. but i hear the feel exactly the same.

Also op - start off small if you have to. If you are getting stressed , start with 1-3 macros and work up from there.
Future leveling, NEVER EVER click, always keybind your abilities. So when you hit max level, you won't have to learn it all.
If you have anymore questions, ask me and i'll help you out bro.
ALSOOOO for the heck of it, they make smaller keyboards ex: [link]
Might help if you have issues or smaller hands but i'd only get them once you've given it a few months of playing.
I'm looking for an 84 key keyboard, I prefer the F keys to line up perfectly with the number keys. Does anyone know any models that look similar to
I cannot find any keyboards that use MX cherry switches, price isn't as much of an issue and i'm hesitant to go with the Drevo model as there isn't a Red switch alternative and am unfamiliar with the brand of switch
My Noppoo died and the seller is no longer in business and it was the best keyboard i've ever used, I'd appreciate any replies
I'm aware of the Poker models and such however they eliminate the F keys completely and I would enjoy having those FeelsBadMan
I have a noppo choc mini cherry reds though. It is this one. [link] see my submitted history for time stamps.
Hey guys... been lurking in /r/MK for a while. Need some advice.
Currently I am using my little brother's Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2014. I love the clicky+tactile feel of this keyboard. I believe this is closest to the Cherry MX Blue keys. Only thing is, it's too huge for my comfort and takes up most of the table.
I have also used Nixeus Moda Mechanical Keyboard. Kalih brown switches are not really my type. I don't "feel" it.
Red switches are alright, but I believe I will make a lot of typos on that keyboard.
I am in need of a good keyboard that fits my needs. Here are some guidelines:
This is what I found so far: Noppoo
I don't know about the quality of this brand so I am a little hesitant. I love the layout of this keyboard. I also found Duck Octagon, but it's too expensive for my lifestyle. Also this, super sexy: Smart 68.
Any help would be great.
this is a good option although no backlight
Is this brand good? It's one that I haven't heard of.
