It's not hard to learn how to do it, it is hard to know when to do it. I hope that with all this gear you have gotten some medical training. I'm excited to see another shooter carrying a TQ and other medical gear, you are more likely to save someone with that then the Glock. Just like the gun, without the proper knowledge on when and how to use it, the medical gear may be more harmful than not.
A question and a suggestion or two. What's the A&D ointment for? Usually you would just use that on smaller wounds which it seems like you are not set up for. If the Israeli bandage is coming out, they probably have an acute problem that is of more concern than waiting to get some ointment on the pad.
BTW, I would recommend some wound packing material. Perhaps replace the Celox with Celox gauze if it just the granular stuff, or add some small packs of sterile cloth as an adjunct to it. https://www.amazon.com/Compressed-Gauze-North-American-Rescue/dp/B01ED3H778/ref=sr_1_12?dchild=1&keywords=North+American+Rescue&qid=1599898845&sr=8-12
Also, gloves are small, why not carry more than one pair? It's for your own protection.

Then watch a video on how to pack a wound. Taking a Stop The Bleed class is great and they are usually free or very low cost. These gauze packs are tiny and carry well in a purse or front pants pocket or in your car. This isn't the only first aid gear that you need or training you need but it's a good cheap start. You might just save a life one day.
Tampons are a myth and can do more harm than good. You want compressed gauze, it's specifically designed for plugging holes. Pls edit your post.
