Get some off of Amazon when your order kava and mix a little in with the kava. Guaranteed to make your kava potent. Its just a supplement that helps kava absorbed into your body and makes it easy for kavalactones to pass the blood brain barrier.
I've gotten most of those Kava's from Amazon you mentioned and lecithin has really made a difference. I swear by this one:
50/50 mix of BHO & RSO. Not doable for everyone, so next best option is MCT. Your emulsifier is the most important part, and you have to get a very specific type of lecithin. Not soy, not granules, not powder, you need liquid sunflower lecithin. Can buy it on amazon - https://www.amazon.com.au/NOW-Foods-Sunflower-Liquid-Lecithin/dp/B00J8ET8IO
I take the same…the zinc it took me a second to realize it’s 50mg a week. So I usually just take my multi with 5mg and then break one in two, and take a half at on Sunday. Also what good is DHEA, which is for T levels which helps me a lot. And then another is this one at the bottom. It helps secretion in the prostate be more fluid. 2 tablespoons a day. Been on it a week now and had the best sleep ever, going into work today!

I buy this kind: NOW Supplements, Sunflower Lecithin with naturally occurring Phosphatidyl Choline and Other Phosphatides, Liquid, 16-Ounce https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00J8ET8IO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_N1YGN5JZRXDF0TTCZ2CJ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I’ve not seen any lecithin, soy or sunflower, at Publix or any specialty stores. Personally, I find the soy version leaves a bad aftertaste.
I make coconut caps so while the bud is decarbing, I heat and dissolve my coconut oil + powdered lecithin in a beaker. The lecithin appears to dissolve well. I then mix the decarbed bud with the liquified oil/lecithin and do an infusion cycle. I'm not really concerned about the appearance of things since I'm capping it.
Truthfully, I don't know why I switched to powder. My main goal was to go from soy to sunflower, not necessarily liquid to powder. If you can purchase from Amazon, I think this product would suit you better: https://www.amazon.com/NOW-Supplements-Sunflower-Phosphatidyl-Phosphatides/dp/B00J8ET8IO/ref=sr\_1\_5?crid=1IQ2NOPUGM557&dchild=1&keywords=liquid+sunflower+lecithin+for+edibles&qid=1632341011&rdc=1&sprefix=liquid+sunflower%2Cap...
Yeah that's what I use currently. I've use granules before but didn't care for them, the liquid is better imo. I add a small squirt maybe 1/4-1/2tsp per recipe. It is thick and gooey but dissolves easily in warm oil or butter.
This is the brand I use but I'm sure they work pretty much the same https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00J8ET8IO
I add a small squirt (about 1/4tsp) of sunflower lecithin to all my edibles, regardless of their other ingredients. I feel like it definitely helps with absorption.
I use this one, but bought it locally at a health food store for about $14

Sorry idk why I said soy I meant sunflower hahah, must have had some when I typed that
>Do you use Soy Lecithin?
I switched to Sun Flower Lecithin because I was getting some unfavorable symptoms from the Soy (headaches and inflammation/congestion).
>What do you put the capsules in to fill them?
My fingers :) Once I have my jar full I either use a dropper or just a spoon to pour the oil into the caps, one at a time. I occasionally spill a few drops but nothing an extra paper towel can't handle.
> How long does it take per capsule?
Does what take? Filling the cap? Takes 3 seconds. They make cap filling machines that do the job with speed and precision. I'm fine with my low-tech method for the time being.
You want sunflower liquid lecithin. No other types will work as well. https://www.amazon.com.au/NOW-Foods-Sunflower-Liquid-Lecithin/dp/B00J8ET8IO
MCT, and the type of lecithin matters. Granules - no. Soy - no. You want "liquid sunflower lecithin". Can buy it on amazon - https://www.amazon.com.au/NOW-Foods-Sunflower-Liquid-Lecithin/dp/B00J8ET8IO

The lecithin is the most important bit. Once you get that right, doesn't really matter whether it's coconut or mct, but mct is still better.
Pro tip-order some sunflower lethicin I use thisNOW
As much as I dislike supporting amazon, it was the only place I could find this stuff. Highly recommend this product Has given me great results with my oil mixtures
Would this work? Now Foods Sunflower Liquid Lecithin, 16 Ounce https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00J8ET8IO/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_3wLvwbB9QCGNQ
It'd be a hassle to open each capsules, but I do think liquid lecithin is easier to dissolve. Try to find something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Now-Foods-Sunflower-Liquid-Lecithin/dp/B00J8ET8IO/ref=sr_1_1/190-3626428-6912528
