The one I take is from a local producer so I cant find it online. But mine is 10000 IU! [This brand](www.amazon.com/dp/B00024D862/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_331B67YYJ65Q1G1X6PRG) and Puritan’s Pride I also really like for supplements. The dosage is higher with this one so I would skip a day between pills 🤔
