I would go with an extra virgin coconut oil. Louana is super cheap and also made my belly hurt using it.

You can get nutiva brand at places like HEB (big grocery store in Texas) or amazon. I'm sure the other giant grocery stores have it too. I can't remember where I saw it though but it wasn't in the cooking oil section. Maybe supplements or organic section. It smells and tastes like coconut where louana smells and tastes like nothing
My wife and I recently got virgin coconut oil. It's solid at room temperature but melts quickly in your hands. It excels for use with oral sex as the scent is luscious and not nasty tasting (like our otherwise favorite lube Liquid Silk). It's really great for massaging, masturbation, and sex if you are shaved very smoothly. Just don't use it with condoms or it could break down the rubber.
On a side note, we've been putting it on our toast and bagels in the morning and it tastes delicious and it's much healthier than butter. I also have used it in my hair and gives me a nice shiny luster : )
The down side is that you have to keep it from leaking on your sheets and spilling on your clothes/bed.
> Lube lube lube, you can never go wrong with lube
This.
Pro-tip: I find the best lube is cold-pressed organic extra-virgin coconut oil. Cheap, slippery, melts at body temperature, edible, smells good, good for your skin, doesn't stain (test first tho), works underwater, never dries out, hypoallergenic. The only problem is that it's not safe for use with latex/polyisoprene condoms.
I use this brand, but any should work.
Thank you!

I use it now for pretty much everything I cook on the stove. It can be used in baking as a substitute for butter as well. It's supposedly amazing for your skin, hair and nails. Just google "health benefits of extra virgin coconut oil" and you'll definitely be intrigued.

Canned tuna/salmon and salad ingredients (not bagged salad; it wilts to quickly) are great to have on hand for lunches. Also, you can make countless great dinners by sauteing chicken and various vegetables. There are some great easy recipes on this subreddit and also /r/keto that might work well for you.
Here's one of my favs: Curry Spiced Chicken with Spinach, Roasted Red Pepper and Onions
You can also get some really easy salmon patties with 1 can of salmon, 1 egg, and spice to taste (parsley, garlic salt, etc). Shape them into small patties and heat them up with some coconut oil.
Also, extra-virgin coconut oil is indispensable, in my opinion. It's a little bit of an investment, but well worth it. I use it every day. I recommend Nutiva for the best value (good quality, reasonable price).
Like 1nside mentioned in his post, Sweet potatoes ARE more nutritious than regular (white starchy) potatoes. Depending on your goals and what your cardio/exercise routine requires, i'd either introduce (and limit) or eliminate even arguably acceptable sweet potatoes/yams from your diet. I consume a sweet potato post-workout regularly as i vigorously strength train an hour each morning. Read MDA's article on yams here.
Unless you find yourself requiring more options, it appears to me like youre just starting up thus Chowstalker.com is your friend, quite possibly your best friend, i love the site and spend all too much time browsing it.
Olive oil is great for low temperature cooking but best consumed raw (so i recommend opting for olive oil as your dressing on your meal-accompanying daily salads). Coconut oil is amazing and between coconut oil and Kerrygold grass-fed butter, i love the fats. The Kerrygold is nice to lather your steaks and/or top your veggies (that should be eaten regularly and with most meals). Refined sugars are your breads, pastas, rices. Just get rid of them and dont eat them whatsoever IMO (although some find consuming a rare small quantity of white rice (e.g. wrapping their sushi rolls) acceptable). I'm surprised you asked in the comments about wheat being acceptable on Paleo as this is key and a definite (practically unquestionable) NO-NO, smh.
Sugars from natural fruits are acceptable but don't go crazy, limit your intake.
I think the info i've provided you here is more than enough of a guideline for you to get started/continue down the right path. The only other thing i'd mention is that following this "life-style" (not diet) is something you should be full-heartedly dedicated to and believe in so do your research and be committed. Doing so will allow you to start feeling and embracing the changes and improvements.
I buy this brand on Amazon and it's fantastic. It's more expensive than butter but lasts much longer. I'm in the US but if you can find this brand on amazon.uk, it's great.
Must be refined. This is what I use, and it is coconutty as hell: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001EO5Q64/ref=oh_o02_s00_i00_details
