I got this from Amazon recently. Its Melatonin with a few other topicals mixed in. Who knows if it will actually help but im determined to try as many natural topicals before resorting to Rogaine

Reminds me of this product I read up on, although at the time I didn’t really trust it.
It looks like it to me. The crown is a common spot for it to start. Do any of your male blood relations have male pattern baldness? That can be a good indicator. If it were me, I'd take regular photos so that you can keep track of any thinning and know for sure.
Even if you're not sure, I'd get a cleansing shampoo (I alternate between Nioxin and Regenepure) and use them once or twice a week to make sure your scalp is clear of any residue and gunk. I've had good luck with this as my scalp produces a good amount of sebum which can block follicles from growing. Regenepure helps with DHT which can cause baldness.
Supplements like Biotin and Pumpkin Seed oil can aid hair growth. Eating well, exercising, not stressing, and getting enough sleep also helps.
If you find that you are losing hair, you essentially have a couple of main options - finasteride and minoxidil (Rogaine or a generic version). You can find lots about them here.
Some people are worried about the side effects of taking Fin orally but there are topical versions (more expensive) that seem to work about the same. Min can be greasy but there is a non-greasy version out there.
I've also used a DHT blocking spray from NutraM on Amazon and I can't tell if it helps or not yet.
You can also use a dermapen on your scalp. It works best in conjunction with Min (though you don't use Min up to 24 hours after you use the pen). Essentially, it pokes a lot of tiny holes in your scalp which can stimulate hair growth. I do it once a week and I think it makes a big difference.
Hope that's helpful in some way. You seem like a young guy so, if you do have an issue, hop on it as soon as you know you have a problem. The longer you wait, the worse the issue becomes and the more difficult to recover what you've lost.
Someone recommended I try melatonin on this site. I took a gamble and this product seemed to cut my shedding in half.

Not sure about this exact solution but you can find some on amazon.
A lot of them are overpriced though imo so literally going to add oral melatonin drops/pills to my minox bottle
I'm keen to try this.
I just had quite an extensive google and all I could find were drops to be ingested orally flavoured with fructose or sweetener, or body creams.
Nowhere seems to be selling plain old topical melatonin. I did find this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/NutraM-Regrowth-Serum-Thinning-Women/dp/B07NF9RMHD/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=melatonin+hair&qid=1606086293&sr=8-1 but alcohol is one of the ingredients and I can't imagine this is very good for your scalp?
Let me know if you find something that looks good.
