OBD2 OBD Power Cable for Dash Camera, Ssontong OBD to Mini USB OBDII Adapter Hardwire Charger Cable 24 Hours Surveillance and Acc Two Mode with Switch Button(Mini USB Port) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RXTJK4F/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_YBK5JTQP3Y49D5BRQFD4?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I have the Viofo, works fine. If you have the one that has the GPS, that part, which basically looks like a slim black plastic square, sticks to your window, then the camera slides into it. You can plug power either into the gps unit or into the camera directly. But that gives you a way to remove it easily, you just slide the camera out of the gps unit.
I also have it powered through one of these little guys, which works really well. I can keep the camera on while the car is off, but shut it down if it detects that your battery might be weakening. https://www.amazon.com/Ssontong-Adapter-Hardwire-Charger-Surveillance/dp/B07RXTJK4F/ref=sr\_1\_3
Look at having the option prior to the camera.
Depending on your vehicle, there might be 2 fuse positions for your cig lighter. One is always on, the other is attaced to your acc from the ignition.
If you dont mind slight wire maintenance. (Think zip ties), try one of these, or equive cig lighter or USB adaptors.

I have a 2022 Kia Seltos and wanted to hide my wires and, like the OP, didn’t want to modify anything.
Ended up getting this from Amazon and it works well.
Going to echo the guy above recommending to do this yourself. It's not too bad, especially since you can just tuck the wires in to give it a clean finish.
As for an alternative method that doesn't involve fuse panels, here is what I managed to do and am quite happy with result.
Buy an OBD to mini-USB power cable and hook up your camera this way. The OBD port is what dealerships and bodyshops use to read the engine codes in your car, this port also sends out electricity so it can provide power to your dashcam.
Here is a link to the one I bought. I've been using it for 2 years and haven't had any issues. I have it setup to turn on when my engine is on, and shutdown when I turn the car off. Happy to answer any questions.
Hey! Sorry for the delayed reply. I actually ended up going a different route. There's not a way to switch on parking mode manually, so instead I found this OBD2 power adapter. What I do is normally leave it in the "ACC" mode so that it powers off after 5 minutes, but if I'm at a parking lot or somewhere where I'll be coming and going quickly I switch it to "Surveillance" mode so that the dash cam stays on indefinitely until it senses low battery. I've accidentally left it on surveillance mode for a couple days and haven't had my battery die on me so I'm fairly certain the low-voltage cut-off works.
Just make sure that if you buy this product you make sure you get the mini-usb that I linked for the Viofo A129 Plus Duo. They also make a micro-usb version if your dashcam uses that connector though. I routed the cable through the A-Frame on the driver's side and you don't notice it at all anymore, and the switch is relatively easy to access.
Maybe try a dash cam power cord with an always-on mode switch?
I have one of these and it has worked well for me so far:
I use this OBD adapter. It has two modes, one of which turns off with the rest of the accessories.
What I use is an ODBII power connector. They sell them an Amazon. Super easy and in a convenient location.

I think you can find a power plug for the odbc2 port this one says you can even change mode as to how it powers.

I just got one of these, instead of doing a hardwire install. It has a switch so you can choose between shutting off power 5 minutes after engine is off, or shut off power when the battery voltage drops. It just pops onto your vehicle test port, no cutting involved and easy to remove. It should have enough power to serve both cameras.

I have the Viofo A129 Plus Duo, which is the 2k version. Haven't had any issues thus far. Connects with your phone via wifi to review footage and it takes a microSD card. I bought a heavy-duty one (Samsung Pro Endurance), which makes it less likely to fail in extreme weather conditions. I also bought the polarizing lens for the front facing camera to reduce glare.
In terms of installing the camera itself, there's a big plastic piece underneath the rear view mirror that you can stick the camera on to instead of the window. That comes off and allows you to stash wires behind it as well. If my car gets hot enough, the cam will fall off of the plastic, but that might be because I didn't clean the surface before installing it.
Instead of hard-wiring it (because that seemed hard and I don't have a place to work on my car), I bought an OBD adapter. It plugs into your car's diagnostics port and eliminates the need to solder anything. There's a shelf where the OBD port is that you can stash the wire behind and, without securing it, I've never had it fall out. The adapter also has a switch that you can use to toggle between only sending power when your car is running or "security mode" which keeps the camera on when the car is off. It's useful because if you're planning on keeping your car parked in a private garage for a long time, you can set it so it doesn't run down your battery or fill up the SD card with stuff not worth saving.
yes, there are OBD2 power hardwire kits that will work with many models. I have on on my wife's car https://www.amazon.com/Ssontong-Adapter-Hardwire-Charger-Surveillance/dp/B07RXTJK4F
I used something like this:
