There’s a little wiggle room because i just need the hole big enough to fit a rubber stopper. The stopper is tappered top to bottom measuring 1-11/16 to 1-15/16.

I was hoping this would work: 1-7/8 is about 46.5mm.

Amazon bits are cheap. I used one before with success by going to slow and using cutting oil to keep things cool.
