I was looking for something like that too, the RDS one it's on a videogame store here but it has scalper price, I'm not paying that; so I think I'll go for an amazon basics one.
Edit: The one for the SNES is on Amazon; it's basically the same and it's 19.99; I got the one for my snes there some time ago but now they don't send it to Mexico anymore =( (and here it's at 50 usd)
The officially licensed case made by RDS Industries: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077CX9D44
The two most popular cases are the RDS case and the PDP case. I don’t own the PDP case but I did research it before purchasing the RDS case. Both cases hold everything that’s included. The RDS case holds the controllers in the top while the PDP case has dedicated cutouts in the foam for the two controllers. The RDS case is superior for storage because it has extra room after storing the basic items (console, controllers, power cord/adapter, HDMI cable). Most people tend to use that extra storage space for controller extension cables. The RDS case is also $10 cheaper on amazon.
To sum it up...
If storage and price are your main concerns, go with RDS.
If you don’t care about price, want a hard plastic shell, foam cut-outs for your controllers, and prefer the aesthetics of the PDP case then go with that one. Some people really like the look of it with the swappable game cards on the front. To each their own!
Case purchased for $20.10AUD + shipping from https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B077CX9D44
When commuting, I put my Ergodox EZ in this case, and then put the case in my backpack. It's enough to protect from dirt and awkward forces (compression, snagging a keycap and yanking it sideways, etc.).
The SNES case required some mods: I cut out the SNES-shaped mould from the bottom, and an inner mesh pocket from the top.
It fits the Ergodox EZ with the legs attached (but they have to be folded in). The fit is quite tight: there are some pressure points where the travel case flexes to accommodate the corners of the Ergodox, and the switches are very slightly compressed (along their normal activation axis).
The mesh pocket in the lid accommodates plenty of cables (I put the TRRS and a couple of types of mini-USB to X cables in there). I don't think the Ergodox EZ wrist-wrests will fit.

Actually managed to find it on Amazon out of New York.
Edit: Guess they still have some.
Oh sorry, that's weird because it says available for me when I look at the u.s amazon at this link:
I personally bought the following case for my SNES classic, both because I loved the aesthetics and the practically as it's a very hard case and I was moving abroad and needed a way to safely travel with it overseas:
