By the way West Galicia is interesting case irl. Produced huge quantities of oil in the turn of the 20th century but was terribly mismanaged and known as one of the poorest states in Europe. In V2 it's one of the wealthiest provinces in Europe and strategically very important. Totally unrealistic, but fascinating.
