Arugula. Health food/superfoods mix. Endive. Those will all step your greens game up.
Also, dressing doesn't need to be complex. Olive oil, decent balsamic vinegar (use a sprayer - cheap on amazon), salt and fresh ground pepper. A little shredded Parmesan, maybe some marcona almonds, and you've got a great dressing that won't go bad and you don't need to mix or use a blender for. Add some grape tomatoes and some sweet peppers and that's a delicious salad.
